Here I am after 3 months. A lot of has happened during that time.
1. Received another consulting project in April
2. Attended Conference on Global Transformation in May at Hyatt Regency San Francisco
3. Completed India trip with important client - 12 days - 6 cities, 11 companies, 2 days of sight seeing
The allround progress of India and specifically in Biotech and Pharma field is really exciting. Most of the 11 companies we met have more ambitious program than the other. They all are striving to play with the big boys of the West.

Feeling really good about 3 new projects
Aagami has received 3 new projects since last blog.
First we received a Stratetegic Consulting assignment from an Australian firm for their Dermal Delivery Technology. We have also worked on it for last 3 weeks and have brought it to a level where we are ready to send it across to Indian companies and bring them some partnerships.
Second we have won a feasibility study assignment from a probiotic company of California, which wants to conduct their clinical study with our collaborator in India, if this feasibility comes out good.
Third we have received a regulatory services assignment from another California company, which is using Nanotech to cure pain and other ailments in the form of nutracetical patches.
The last two assignments have come thru the relationship we have built with a law firm specializing in catering to LifeSciences, especially to Nutraceutical firms in the US.
All these new activities have provided a BIG moral booster and now our hands are quite full with many things to do and accomplish.

One month complete
Wow!!! the month of January 2010 is already over. It went away so fast.
In Aagami we had attended the J P Morgan Healthcare conference from Jan 11th to 14th and had almost 25 meetings there. Thanks for all the efforts of Edward Steinhardt.
Also after that the last two weeks went away in all the follow ups and writing proposal to the people who I met and had liked our services.
Best was to get the new assignment confirmation from Solvay Organics again. They have not only given a rep[eat consulting assignment but also looks like that this one will bear results and hence bring funds to Aagami.
Lastly I would like to say that despite of most of the deals showing up and then staying at that stage instead of becoming an assignment is being painful, but this time I am neither losing my confidence not believing in any thing else other than my own efforts and deeds. This is really giving me power.
And my belief is getting stronger that 2010 will be the seminal year and a successful one for Aagami.
